"Everything was great. The pool was nice. The condo was big and spacious. The only thing that was annoying was one of the employees in the check in office wouldn’t give us pool towel on our last day. My flight didn’t leave until 10pm. So we left our luggage at the resort. We were going to enjoy the pool until we were leaving for the airport. But the employee said no we can’t give you towels. This is something we don’t do. Everything was great until that. Kind of gave me a bad taste in my mouth on our way out. "

"Check-in was easy. The staff is friendly and explained the parking situation well. I missed the free coffee hours in the morning as it is only available from 6-9am. Since there is no coffee in the rooms I wish coffee was available in the lobby longer. The beds were a little on the firm side. A/C worked great. Ample supplies were available for showering. The pool looked nice but I checked in later in the evening and stayed only one night so I didn’t get a chance to use it. The common areas between rooms are very serene and relaxing with beautiful bamboo trees."

"This place is great! I won’t ding this hotel anything because it’s my preference; I like firmer beds but the beds here were a little too soft for me. Overall would recommend! Everything in the city is walkable and the atmosphere is great."
