Given that our stay was the week of a horrendous storm the staff were friendly and courteous. Housekeeping provided great service with friendly attitudes. Hotel providing guests with breakfast and dinner was a very generous offering. Thank you!

The front desk overcharged me when checking out and was super rude when sorting it out. I confirmed every single expense and credit one by one, did the exact calculation right in front of the lady, and the lady kept saying my calculation was wrong. Finally, someone else came to help and sorted it ...
