"The client service very poor I had to remind them everyday to leave me cups forvthe cofee. They didnt wanted to send me a cofee machine. The cleaness very poor they didnt clean the mirrors. Sometimes they didnt leave the full set of towels in the barhroom. When I cslled to the reception the personal was rude. "

"My final bill included food and beverage charges that I did not purchase. It’s been over a week without proper response. I have suggested westin to look at surveillance camera to find out the guests who use our room # for purchase as we were not even in the hotel at that time. No response and I need to continue follow up on the reimbursement."

"I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. The room was extremely small — there wasn’t even enough space for two suitcases, which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with the ceiling showing clear signs of water damage and deterioration. Housekeeping was inconsistent and below basic expectations. We were not provided with fresh towels daily and had to call every single time to request them. The bathroom trash was not emptied during our stay, and when we finally asked for it to be taken care of, they removed the trash can and never brought it back until we called again. Overall, the lack of maintenance and poor housekeeping service made the stay frustrating. The only redeeming aspect of this hotel is its location — beyond that, I would not recommend staying here. "

The location is very convenient, with easy access to everything I needed during my stay. My room was always clean and well maintained, which made it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, it was a very comfortable and reliable place to stay, and I would definitely consider returning in the future. The free walking tours were also a great touch. A great way to see NYC!"

"There were stains on the curtains/walls/furniture, the room never cooled off. One of the 2 elevators wasn’t working for 2 days leading to people waiting 15-20 mins outside in the rain. The rooms need refreshing. It was much more visually appealing 3 years ago. "
