The room is spotless and beautiful and very spacious. I have state at this hotel quite a few times and all the rooms are lovely and absolutely quiet. The staff is wonderful and the location couldn’t be better! I can walk to the theater and to Lincoln Center and to great shopping and to fabulous restaurants

We love this hotel which has been around for many years. The quality of the staff is always excellent and the hotel is an old world style hotel, which we love. Very comfortable and quiet and right in the theater district.

Great location. You can walk to Rockefeller plaza, time square and theatre district. Staff is friendly. Room was clean and spacious but decor is dated. Great shower. Had breakfast in lounge one morning and food was ok. It cost over 55 dollars for 1 yogurt parfait and 1 continental breakfast (1 juice,1 cup of coffee and a few rolls). I would advise breakfast elsewhere. I would stay here again.

The room was great. Old world charm with marble flooring/bath area, detailed wood trim, spacious, and an amazing location for theater, Times Square, subways, restaurants! Hotel staff went above expectations, while food menu was limited, quality was great. Also elevators are there almost immediately. No waiting around. Very comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean, spacious, and quiet, with a very nice and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and attentive. The doormen were helpful and also very friendly. The reception desk people were kind and attentive. And you can’t beat the location if you want to visit all of the attractions that make Manhattan so much fun to visit (especially at. Christmas!).
