The room and staff here are amazing! We had the best room with an amazing view that close to everything. One day the shower was leaking and we told the staff as we left for the day and it was completely fixed like new by the time we returned. I love New York and would definitely stay here again.

Good location and close to theater district and Central Park . Elevators for getting to your hotel rooms were very slow and there were any two that were working . Sometimes had to wait up to 10 mins to get an elevator .

Location is worth it

This hotel was a short walk to Central Park, Times Square, and Broadway shows. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The check in and check out process is easy, and the location was great for us first timers in NYC wanting to explore.
