I highly recommend to remove all carpet- it’s harder to clean and that probably why you have mice. I also recommend to install a playground- you have so much space it would benefit all ur guests with small children

The room was so nasty. We were there 2 nights and house keeping never came. Also, our elevators only worked ONE time. The rest of the time we had to use the service elevator and even it hardly ever worked so we were forced to take the stairs and we were on the 23 floors. Everyone was super rude too. ...

I grew up there and today you see a city that collects s lot of taxes but doesn’t spend the money on its maintenance Some of the beach areas have been closed for years due to bacteria and there has still been no real effort to correct the problem
