I highly recommend to remove all carpet- it’s harder to clean and that probably why you have mice. I also recommend to install a playground- you have so much space it would benefit all ur guests with small children

"It was very convenient that the hotel was pretty close and walking distance to many major attractions/site seeing. The room itself was not bad but the bathroom could use a remodel, there were odd bugs flying around, broken baseboards/tile, and could have been more clean."

I grew up there and today you see a city that collects s lot of taxes but doesn’t spend the money on its maintenance Some of the beach areas have been closed for years due to bacteria and there has still been no real effort to correct the problem
