I would like to share my sincere review regarding my stay at the hotel. The apartment was only cleaned twice, and both my teenager and I are extremely allergic to carpets that looked and smelled dirty. There were visible stains, and it was clear that the carpet had never been washed, resulting in significant dust accumulation. While the staff was somewhat helpful, I noticed a lack of professional treatment towards customers. For instance, when I arrived for check-in, the front desk staff never answered the phone, nor did they explain the amenities included, such as laundry services. I had to stay at the hotel mainly because I was too tired to move, even though it was expensive. Aside from Willie, who seemed to be from maintenance, I found most of the staff to be unhelpful. When I asked the manager to extend my stay for a second day, he said he would look into it and contact me with information, but that never happened. I experienced poor service, and it was disappointing to be told that if I wanted to complain, I could speak to the owner. I will never return to this hotel, and I do not recommend it to my friends or family. Additionally, they assumed that I would be going to the airport after check-out, which was incorrect, as I planned to move to another hotel. If I am going to spend my money, I would prefer to do so with a company that values customer service. Customer service is the most important aspect of a quality experience, and money should not dictate how someone

Plusieurs bémols, mais bien overall (nous n’avons pas payé plein prix). Nous avions réservé un appartement pour 3 personnes. Il n’y avait pas de divan-lit pour notre enfant, seulement 2 chaises et des serviettes et de la literie pour 2 personnes seulement. Nous avons pu avoir des serviettes sur demande à la réception, il n’y avait pas de service de ménage visiblement… Les poubelles débordaient après 5 jours… Il n’y avait pas de café faute que l’hotel est reçu la commande et il ne laissait pas le café du matin disponible toute la journée pour contrer la situation. L’hôtel est très propre, bien situé pour s’y rentre en voiture, à 17 min à pied du midcentre, 12 min à pied du métro et l’autobus passe devant l’hôtel. Nous étions au 18e étage, tranquille, belle vu. Matelas très dur.

There was no Netflix tried to connect for an hour and was told the engineers were gone for the night, an engineer came to the room the next day clueless thought he was coming to repair something? The carpet under the sofa should be replaced cheap quality is not even or laying to the floor hazardous, door in full bath is damaged and needs to be replaced…

Responsive staff, great room/ kitchen ( had all the basic utensils) with free laundry in the basement, convenient location to all the public transport/ restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with our stay. We already know where we are staying for our next trip!!

I am not sure how this hotel got awarded 3.5 starts. It’s trashy, outdated and housekeeping is non existent. We changed three rooms before we got into a decent one. There is no attention to detail. Everything looks cheap, furniture and floors are scratched. Bedding was the worst. No one slept well during our stay there, simply because the mattress was old and uneven, pillows were bumpy and firm. Oh, and our toilet was making very loud noises so we had to turn the water off for the night. It was fixed after two days of asking. They don’t bring towels or anything to your room. You have to go downstairs to get it. It was nice to have a kitchen and the view from our third room (tower 10th floor) was good. That’s it. Do not bother to stay there, unless you’re on a very tight budget. And make them give you a better room and request to clean it properly.

We love staying at this hotel, the room was big and the balcony view was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional, they help us check in ahead of time, offer coffee and hot chocolate for the kids, arrange our shuttle to the airport, etc they help in every way. The location is perfect with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to many iconic places. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was great. It is 100% worth staying here, the view from the room was amazing. Our 1 bedroom apt was located on the 20th floor. The bed was actually pretty small. They said it was a queen but it looks more like a full. It was a shame that we went during the coldest days of the year. We were not able to enjoy our balcony. The view from there was almost panoramic. We had views of the river and midtown. We also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant that is located on the 26th floor.
