It wasn't that bad. I gave 4 stars because I found fake eyelashes in my bathroom. Plus the pool was warm but the pool area was super cold. Everyone was sitting with either a sweater or towel wrapped around them. Breakfast was great. Staff was pleasant. I would go back.

Good hotel for my 1~night stay. Location was OK. I didn’t partake of the free breakfast. The only odd thing was the room elevators were separated from the lobby elevator. So you had to take stairs or elevator from lobby to ground floor and walk to another part of the hotel to get to the elevators to the rooms. Other than that, my stay was fine.

Safe, quiet, clean and predictable. If you are looking for a place to stay with no drama, comfortable beds, and easy parking then this is a really good spot! I I appreciate how easy it is to access MSK. My only advice is if you’re not feeling well make sure you don’t get a room by the vending machine machine.

The room was decent and clean. The beds were comfortable but they gave us small square pillows and only 3. Made it hard to get the pillows right. Breakfast was lackluster. The eggs were powdered and watery, the sausage was sitting in grease. No yogurts or breads but white bread. The coffee tasted burnt. Only eggs and sausage as choices, very limited.
