「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was okay but definitely expected for a continental breakfast. I do wish they left out water or coffee for during the day and not just during breakfast. Overall, would stay here again 」

「We normally shy away from staying near Gatlinburg because of congestion, but this hotel was the perfect balance. Close enough for walking distance to many things yet not directly on the strip to have the privacy. 」

「Ran into an issue with their system not reflecting the room I booked on hotels.com, but they were eager to fix the issue and helped us out. 」
