「The staff was amazing and very attentive. Our room was exactly as it appeared online and was beautiful! The traffic was a little noisy at night but being right in the heart of the historic district that comes with the territory! We really enjoyed our stay and getting to know the area!」

「Great hotel in the heart of central Charleston. Historic flavor but well appointed, comfortably modern rooms. We stayed in a suite that had a very well stocked kitchenette so would be great for a multi-day stay. Rooftop restaurant and bar was heavenly! The only thing we wished the hotel had was blackout shades in the living area of the suite. Other than that it was perfect!」

「Loved the unexpected cheese, dried fruit and wine appetizers on Sunday. Loved the Monday morning breakfast, too. Perfect location to walk to the blocks-long market and so many great restaurants. 」

「The location, the amenities, the staff, the clean, nicely decorated rooms, the free Champagne. Everything was in walking distance, all the great restaurants, the harbor, the great shopping districts. The Mills House is in the center of everything. Would definitely stay at the Mills House again.」
