"The staff was very unfriendly. Amenities scarce but if you’re trying to save money and stay on the cheap the motel was ok. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. The room had a strong deodorizer smell that made my husband nauseated. We had to air the room for that reason. Skip the continental breakfast. Stale donuts and terrible coffee. "

They've went out of their way to help me while my Mama was transported to St. Mary's Saginaw Mi from Tawas Mi & we're from Oscoda Mi. They truly touched my heart with their kindness! Bonus- the beds here are incredibly comfortable & it's quiet & kind of out of the way but only 10 minutes from hospital."

"The bed was comfortable. No fridge in room was the only downside of the room. The restaurant was closed so we had to go offsite to get food. It didn’t say it was closed when I booked the room but that would have been helpful as we were pulling a trailer so inconvenient to drive around. Check in staff was awesome very friendly and helpful!!"

"The rooms were old, no heat. Cobwebs in corners. Broken shower drain. Pillows and towels looked old and stained. Second day no one cleaned or provided new towels--had to ask. Asked for heat and they brought portable electric heater. Nice people, but not aware of our society's ways."

"Arrived at hotel later than the original check in time. We were instantly greeted by Fehim, the manager. He was super friendly and helpful and he offered for us to be able to check out the following day a bit later than the check out time originally. The hotel office as well as the room was very clean.
