「Close to the ocean that’s a good thing about this hotel. But the room was so dirty. They didn’t even Change the sheets and I found a dirty face cloth on top of the shower curtain just gross.」

「They did not give the room what I booked. It’s worse service I never seen. Staff said, if you want cancel , I can do and look outside any options. How I can look outside in last minute. Please ask them to pay back my cost and I did not have sleep properly.」

「Stayed 5 days at this property. Did not have our room cleaned once. They emptied the trash cans one time, did not leave towels or make beds. There were coke cans on the balcony when we arrived, bathroom was not the cleanest either. I asked for towels to be brought to our room and was told I would have to come and pick them up myself. The view from the balcony was very nice but I will not be returning.」

「All the ice makers we’re broken, there was no house keeping and front desk was not at all hospitable」

「There was an amazing amount of beverages and snack items available near the front desk. Anything from cold sodas and water to wine and beer could be purchased. The breakfast was fine. There were pancakes, toast, bagels, and premade omelets and bacon. Not a lot of choices but enough to start your day. I’d stay here again because of close proximity to Norfolk airport.」

「The property was well maintained, pool was nice, and beach front which is always a plus! Staff was friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The only negative was the lack of towels, everything else was great!」

「Quick trip to see the USS Wisconsin. We were supposed to stay somewhere else but ended up having to switch locations and this was all we could find. Caroline at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We stayed on a Saturday night and felt that the hotel was overpriced, $399 + taxes and fees which came out to be $460. The Hotel is located within walking distance to the USS Wisconsin as well as the MacArthur Memorial. The hotel was clean and there is a restaurant in the lobby of the hotel...
