「Positive: early check in. Friendly staff willing to help when asked. Negatives: crumbs all over the room. Fridge leaking water and not cooling properly. Tv not working. Sliding doors hard to open and close. Neighboring room had guests smoking pot and cigarettes on the balcony and the smell wafted into our room. Extra door lock somehow engaged and locked us out of the room. Uncomfortable couch and chairs.」

「We stay here often and have always enjoyed our experiences, which is why this review is difficult to write. Unfortunately, this visit was not up to the standard we've come to expect. At nearly $500 for one night, I expected the room to be much cleaner than it was. It appeared that only the bare minimum had been done, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. In the past, our stays have been great, so this was disappointing. I rarely leave anything less than a positive review...
