「Excellent location, great view, nice staff, reasonable price. 」

「Very good 」

「Had a great overnight trip. I will be back soon hopefully the elevator is fixed then.」

「Both Pools stayed dirty. Hot tub stayed dirty. Breakfast was very bland but was fresh and hot. Parking fee of $25/day was taxed at checkout. The outdoor pool is separated from the property and basically on the next property’s lot. Only 2 of the elevators worked. Staff was very friendly but the lack of being able to use the pools and hot tub was such a huge disappointment. Rooms need updating especially with the paint.」

「We really enjoyed the stay and look forward to returning! The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and balcony had a great view.」

「Great place in the beach!」

「I will come back again 」

「We stay here almost every time we come to Virginia Beach. They renovated the hotel a few years back and it looked great. This time we noticed the bathroom wasn’t as clean as usual. We also had to run over to Walgreens to buy some Febreze because the room had a musty odor when we arrived. Hopefully they will fix this issue. 「The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.」

「the position is good，service is good，safe and clean」

「The staff are warm in service, the hotel has good sanitary conditions, and the breakfast is also very good. I will stay here next time!」

「I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. 」
