「This hotel is a 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly. The property is extremely clean and well kept. Our room was great, oceanfront with amazing view. Was able to sit on the balcony and watch dolphins swim by. Hot breakfast daily with an outdoor dining patio. Would definitely recommend!!」

「We were only there for one night but everything went well and we had no complaints」

「I’ve stayed at a few properties on Virginia Beach over the years and none I’d go back to. However, The Capes is on my list of hotels I’d rebook. The rooms were clean; the property was clean. The indoor pool was warm and seemed pretty clean. They offer an on-site restaurant. I did not try this time around so I can’t speak to the food there. They also offer ample parking that is easily accessible. I guess if I were to offer one thing I’d like to see, it’d be a soap rack in the shower or towel rack...

「I was surprised! We thought we booked at the regular booking Oceans 27, however these 2 Hotels have the same name, one is on Atlantic and is Oceanfront, thats Ocean 27, which stayed at previously. This is Oceans 2700 and is across the street and 1 block in on Pacific, so we couldn't check in our normal place. We drove around the block to This Oceans 2700, had no problem checking in with our prior reservation. It is SO MUCH NICER than Ocean 27. Make sure you pay attention to details and...

「This hotel was very clean, with a friendly staff and a smooth check-in process. The only downside is that the parking lot could use better lighting, especially since you may have to park farther from the entrance when nearby spots are full. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!」

「First time in Virginia Beach. This location is beautiful. Love the history of the hotel. We stayed on property the entire time. Every detail is perfect. We loved the indoor pool and the quick walk to the oceanside pool and beach access. Checking in was so easy thanks to Nerissa. 」

「Been here four times. Always a good experience. I get a single bed ocean front with kitchen and balcony. Pool is small and can get busy and there are families. The beach is steps away and is huge. Always great views, quiet and safe are of VB. Definitely recommend and will stay here again. 」
