「I absolutely loved my stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites!! The room was accommodating for my entire family. Any issues I had were resolved quickly. The entire staff was personable and helpful. Breakfast was good. Even if you didn’t like everything there was something to pick. Parking was a breeze as well. I was always able to find a spot on the first floor. I will definitely be staying here again for our next family trip to VA Beach.」

「Love, love, love, the staff, the room, the DJ! What took away a star was the menu (sushi grade salmon on the bagel instead of smoked was definitely a fail and i ordered 3... terrible) and size of the "infinity pool". The cocktails and mocks were amazing. Juices were great. Service staff outstanding as said before. Definitely coming back just having food elsewhere. Please just enhance the menu a make it much larger and room service please. I would love to treat this destination as a full on...

「Mattresses were uncomfortable even tho Bed linens were very nice. Our bathroom needed a deep cleaning in corners and edges where surfaces meet. We were out of hand soap by the first full day and it wasn't refilled. Knob from balcony door fell off in my hand. Lady at the front desk at checkout was rude and seemed annoyed that I tried to interact to verify my room charges and never offered an invoice.
