Both staff and property were amazing. My daughter had a great time and was just enough distance from where wrestling was taking place, so very convenient without the extra cost of being closer The rainy weather impacted use of outdoor pool but we did swim indoors

Everything was fine, really need to upgrade to smart TVs. Pools are great for kids. Great beach access. I would stay here again, but it would be nice to access YouTube and Netflix and other streaming services.

The room was very clean but the whole property is very dated elevators are slow and we barely could fit our luggage and ourselves in them. Our Balcony door handle was falling off bathroom toilet seat very loose and tv reception was poor kept getting scrambled signal ever 4-5 minutes. Pool was clean and well maintained but forget about getting a towel they only put a few out. No one really supervising the return of towels and people just leave them lay without returning to proper location for cleaning. Location is solid and access to beach is a plus. I’d personally look for something a little more modern if I visit va beach again.

Well the big picture is that it’s a decent location. My family’s vacation wasn’t ruined or anything. However a few small things were an annoyance. Our balcony door didn’t work properly so it was difficult to utilize. The complementary filtered water was empty every time I looked and it was hot. To add to that there was only one properly functioning ice machines. Also the elevators were very slow. On a positive note the beach access and pools were enjoyable however one day one pool was closed for an awhile.

You definitely have plenty of pools and hot tub although the indoor poor could have been warmer.The room was clean. Restaurant where nice. Staff didn' t really know much about the town or things to do or ways to get around. And what you pay for a room, you are charged for parking too. But definitely could use alittle updating.

The location is great and it is convenient to have such goal access to Beach traveling with children. Pools were a lot of fun but could be cleaner. Hotel room did not get cleaned despite my requests. Vacuum request finally completed but half done. Very hard to keep up with garbage with tiny trash cans. Was hoping for garbage, towels, and coffee to be replenished, but was inconsistent.Laundry is free, but they were out of soap to purchase. Breakfast buffet was worth it with kids, but service is lacking in the restaurants. Movies theater was cool. The price was decent for oceanfront, but you pay what you get - it was just okay.
