Kitchen was fully equipped. I loved the 2 bathroom unit because of the privacy and extra large unit. Enjoyed the dolphins playing with the paddle boarder. Close to entertainment, restaurants, shopping. Resort is safe for everyone. Will be back the end of July for a week.

Everything was great except for the extra fees charged upon arrival. I did not have a clear understanding of how many beds were in the suite . Which was only 1 queen and 1 sofa bed. The tv was very confusing to work . Indoor pool was great the sauna was a perfect touch. My favorite the rooftop lounge area by the pool.

Pros: Check in was a breeze, room was clean for the most part. Pool looked nice. View was great! Cons: Bed was uncomfortable and you could hear everything from rooms on either side and hall. Restaurant on site but could use more options. Parking is tight and my door was scratched. Overall: a good price for the stay

Hotel is a timeshare. It stuck terribly in lobby and in rooms. Like bad BO and right guard. Rooms were completely outdated and dirty. Hair all over bathroom and food crumbs throughout room. Only positive was ocean view. How this is rated 3.5 stars is ridiculous.

This was a perfect place to stay for the Shamrock Marathon Weekend. Being able to swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub and sauna, and enjoy a beautiful ocean view from my balcony was everything i needed to accomplish my goals and recover from the races. 10/10 would stay again!

The staff was excellent: attentive, friendly, and respectful 24 hours a day. The hotel has a recycling chute/bin in the hall which is a plus in my book. And the lobby coffee maker grinds the beans for fresh coffee. Parking is limited, but we always found a spot. Luggage carts are limited; we had to wait for one when checking out on a Sunday. The front desk was very understanding about our delay. The room was nice overall, well laid out and a great view. But it had a few problems. There was no hot water in the shower when we arrived. We had to wait for maintenance to come fix it, twice. There is no conventional oven in the kitchen, just a microwave/convection combo, which I've never used (convection) before. It also lacked basic kitchen necessities like a cutting board and a decent frying pan for eggs. It was stainless, and no matter what I try, the eggs stick to the pan. The heater kept heating even when turned down to 60 (min) so we turned it off. In February. But more problematically, the bed was uncomfortable: soft, with big dips where people had slept before us. Also, it was billed as a queen bed. I have a queen bed at home, and this was smaller. The biggest problem, though, was lack of soundproofing. The place was almost empty the first two nights, and we slept okay, But the second two nights, we were kept awake by the conversations of the people next door, people slamming doors elsewhere in the hallway, and people talking in the hallway. Not my best choice.

The room was very clean and nice! Enjoyed the ocean view. We had nothing but positive interactions with the staff. It was very easy to use all the wonderful facilities such as the pool hot tub and the sauna.
