"Loved my stay! Super friendly staff, everything was great. One thing was missing: no drinking water in the room or in lobby. We had to go to 3 vending machines until we found water"

"The place was pretty nice but the 2nd night we had literally no hot water for a shower and then the bathroom sink had no cold water so we had to brush our teeth with hot water! We called to find out about vending machine and were told the 3 floors that them and literally all 3 were out of order with signs on them and the from desk seemed oblivious to this. "

"Staff was not friendly and my room was not ready until much later than my scheduled check in time. When I tried to voice my concerns to hotel staff, they dismissed the complaints without providing any remedy. Water pressure was terrible. There are only 4 elevators and it could take up to 20 minutes to catch one during peak hours. "
