「Overall experience was great. It took a very long time to check in even with placing prior arrangements. Prices for water, snacks was outrageous! Went to the lounge there at the resort and paid 43.00 for 2 adult beverages, that is just rediculous. Putting a hold of 150.00 per night on a credit card for "incidentals" wow!! I understand its a resort but it was halloween not the 4th of july.」

「the position is good，service is good，safe and clean」

「I will come back again 」

「Awesome beach view」

「Beautiful property right on the ocean. We stayed there until the fall, so it was not too expensive. There could be more light in the room- a little dark. Front Desk staff helped us we restaurant selections. We ate at the Mexican restaurant Las Palmas nearby and very good.」

「Beautiful property, We always enjoy staying there while in VB」

「Very good 」

「Great ocean front location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Large breakfast buffet included was a bonus. They should include parking in the nightly rate though instead of charging $20 extra per night.」

「The view was spectacular. The room was clean. The staff was so nice. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet, but it’s also offseason. Thankful for free parking. The only thing I didn’t like was the sink and toilet are way too close.」

「It's a beach hotel, expect sand inside. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. It was a bit worn, but I think that's standard for beach hotels. The staff was more than accommodating. The breakfast was just OK. But we enjoyed the stay. Location was perfect」

「room was facing the ocean was great vision !」

「I loved everything about this hotel and I do mean EVERYTHING! Oceanfront room with balcony, staff, breakfast! The availability of early check-in, spacious room, etc. Me and my husband was there to celebrate our 35th Anniversary but we both had allergies that flared up as soon we got there and wasn’t feeling up to doing a lot but having a room with such a beautiful view made it not so bad.」

「The staff are warm in service, the hotel has good sanitary conditions, and the breakfast is also very good. I will stay here next time!」
