"This was our fourth time at this resort, and it is always great. It's easy to get annoyed with tourists if you are working on a resort in a very popular city, however every worker was friendly and professional. The grounds are gorgeous, the room was clean. The activities and pools were fun! My only complaint is pricing for food and drinks on resort are really expensive (as the rest of Orlando) but the portions are not worth the price. Thank you to all the people who made our stay lovely from check-in, pool attendants, housekeeping, shuttle drivers, bartenders etc your hard work and kindness on such a big resort was noticed by me and my family and we appreciate it so much."

"our room was very clean and spacious. I liked the marketplace and enjoyed the arcade. the waterpark was really nice but i thought it became very crowed and unsafe on Saturday because there were so many people in the pool that you basically just had to stand in one spot. "

"The bartender and dj goes hand amin hand with happy hour! Although it rained, they still worked together to make our rainy poolside party wonderful. The rooms can use another redo but they are not in terrible condition. But their cleaning staff, they may want to reconsider hiring some who value their work. We had towels, and bedding missing. We witnessed one maid half cleaning as if she was mad she had to clean. Overall, looking pass that, I will be going for my third time this year. "
