The employees were helpful. The only thing was that I had to wait for check in. The room was not ready and I arrived almost an hour after the check in time.

We arrived to be told that the rooms we had reserved were not available because we used Expedia to reserve them and all rooms of the type we had reserved and paid for were already rented. We did get different rooms, but no refund; and receipts were refused, again because we had booked via Expedia. Our room was tidy, but had sticky surfaces and smelled of cigarette smoke. Beds were hard and pillows thin. Staff was friendly and helpful; and dogs were welcome. However, we would not want to stay there again and don't recommend it.
