「My husband and I booked this hotel as it seemed to be in a generally busy area and close to a bar that brought us into town for an event they were hosting. Upon arrival we were greeted by the valet who was incredibly kind - we then went upstairs to check in and were greeted by two lovely women who offered us free breakfast and engaged in some great conversation explaining the hotels amenities and things to do locally. 「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). 「We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay at Fairfield Inn. We did not arrive until past midnight and were worried about finding safe parking, but that was not a problem at all. The room was equipped nicely, and was exceptionally clean. All staff were very friendly, and we had two random employees ask us about our stay. Breakfast was good with a good variety. We were vry pleased wtih the stay. The late checkout at noon was a pleasant surprise and much apprciated.」

「The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Our only complaint was the parking. When we arrived, the check-in/valet parking was so crowded that we had no where to park. We circled the block a few times and then found off street parking about a block away. After we got checked in, we could park in the garage. Had it been better explained prior to arrival, it wouldn't have been as stressful.」
