「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. 「Floor to ceiling windows in room were great to look out over the city and river. Staff was friendly and accommodating, absolute 5 Stars, including housekeeping staff. AC was fantastic. Bathroom was tiny, room, room vents, carpet in need of a deep clean. Breakfast was okay, but no AC seemed to be on in the dining area, so it was hot, humid and sticky. I wouldn’t book here again, but overall it was ok, not great.」

「The suite we were in was not great. The lighting is kinda poor, the hot water in the half bath was just droplets, the room is divided by a door but the bedroom has zero AC vents or airflow, the bathroom fans didn’t work at all, the phone wouldn’t dial to anywhere on or off property, and the halls were just as humid as outside. The wheel, swing and carousel were hits with the kids, but it’s costly. Also don’t get the pork steak at the Train Shed, it’s terrible.」

「Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking.」
