「Beach was beautiful. Tons of fish for some of the best snorkeling on the island. Pool was hot. Restaurants were all terrible. Every dish took 40 minutes and came out cold. Buffet was pretty consistent and good. Need to hire around 50-60 more people to staff properly. Every bar, restaurant, and event had about 60% of the people they should to run efficiently.」

「Dreams Cape Cozumel did not meet expectations. The ac was not cooling, and when it did it sounded like someone had a jackhammer tearing out a wall. The beds are comfortable; HBO was in English. We booked a week stay, and for the first three days we showered with tepid water, far from warm, tolerable to say the least. Maintenance adjusted the water temp, attempted to repair the ac banging. Our group of 10 people couldn't sit together unless we were all at the hostess desk together. It was as if...

「When traveling with children make sure you are paying for all of them ahead of time. Make sure you have receipts and screenshots of your entire transaction because this became a big issue upon arrival. So just make sure that Expedia isn’t giving you false advertisements. Otherwise it’s a cozy hotel not that big. It does not have a waterpark. It has the main pool and then a very small pool once you cross the street by where the ocean is I would say diving into the ocean isn’t really very smaller...

「The rooms were OK nothing to brag about or would I stay here again NO!!! The staff was not friendly at all except for IVAN!!!! he was always nice and a smile on his face and very friendly. Food was horrible bland taste not good at all. I will not be booking thru any of their resorts again. I stood in their other place in Puerto Vallarta and it was horrible their too. Should have not even stayed here in Cozumel but i thought I would give them another try. STAY AWAY!!!!」

「Property was beautiful, Room was sufficient, comfortable bed, great shower. Did have little visitors (ants) in the bathroom from time to time. Food was ok, portions way too small. Ate at the buffet for most meals. Wait staff was great. Pascal, Francesco and the other staff in the lobby were a 10/10 and deserve a steak dinner and a raise. Beach was beautiful, no seaweed. Pools were clean, bars were well stocked.」
