「Incredible staff, but Preferred Suite and pool are severely neglected. ​We were incredibly disappointed with our Preferred Suite, especially paying premium rates. The room requires a massive update and deep clean. The fan and AC vent made a frustrating amount of noise, the ceiling was noticeably cracked, the hanging light fixture was rusted and corroded, the furniture was chipped and beaten up, and the bathroom door was covered in filthy streaks with rusted hinges. ​The neglect extends right...

「Lo único bonito la vista a la playa nada más , el lugar está muy descuidado , atenciones pésimas , el aire lo prenden a las 9pm con la calor que hace , luego lo apagan a las 8am este lugar no debería ser rentable menos a ese precio 👎, todavía sigo esperado la devolución de un día que no nos quedamos」

「Everything was clean and beautiful grounds! The only thing I would improve would be food choices. But honestly, you get what you pay for and it’s a great value. I have never seen people work harder on groundskeeping in my life.」

「It was okay. Food was tolerable. For restaurants you have to reserve days in advanced, they never had anything open the week we stayed. Room was very dusty. Our shower flooded our room. I had to ask 2x to get it cleaned, housekeeping only took the dirty towels we used to clean the floor and left a big trail of sewer water(I had to clean the floor myself). The mini fridge was broken down and had a horrible smell in the room. They sprayed it down which made it smell worse. Didn’t have other rooms...

「This is our second time staying here since February of this year. Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. All I can say is WOW. Should be back in October for dia de los Muertos celebration. See y’all soon and Thanks Again」
