"I like the way they design the place it so beautiful. The staff are nice, the food, and the hotel is so clean. The only thing is that the beach has lots of weeds. They said it was a bad timing that the weeds came to mexico, and we can not Swim because it smells bad. But we're planning to go back someday on a different month. "

"The shuttle transport from the airport to arte was great the staff from beginning to end was amazing. Housekeeping 10/10 our servers from the restaurants 10/10 the pool staff and life guards 10/10 bartenders 10/10. So much to do here at Xcaret arte. The restaurants were amazing, Cantina VIP has a mixed seafood tostada and it was by far the best thing I’ve had so flavorful. San Marco had a huge variety of buffet style food highly recommend the tacos there. Cayuco was solid too bunch of seafood options every restaurant was at least a 4/5 minute walk from our building (casa de música). Our room was beautiful we had a nice view to the center stage for the theater. Stocked mini bar and snacks platform. I highly recommend trying to book a reservation for the other restaurants that require it if you don’t it will be hard to just walk into. The bars were pretty solid pool bars were cool the speak easy was pretty cool the decor was really pretty. Pools closed at 7pm which was my only issue but I think it’s a safety thing so it makes sense. Even when you’re done eating you can walk around to different parts of the hotel and enjoy the art on the walls. Every worker here was always greeting us with good mornings or good afternoons etc any question we had it was answered. We are definitely coming back next year. Cenotes was an amazing tour to do, followed by xel-ha snorkeling there was amazing and finally Xcaret Mexico was really fun a lot of walking around "

"First time staying here - property was very well kept. Rooms were clean and the AC was comfortable. We were Premium level so there was bottled water and canned drinks in our room. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and polite. Food and drinks were excellent with lots of options. Pools were clean with lots of chairs and shade. Lots of activities during the day and at night. We rented a car to explore the island and there was ample parking. One reason we picked this resort was the location as it was a little further from downtown - the beach was beautiful and not crowded. Very happy with our experience here!!"

"Diria que Excelente las condiciones de la propiedad en general, con 2 excepciones para mí que sería el area de playa algo pequeña para la cantidad de gente que puede hospedarse en este hotel y la otra el desempen̈o del Gerente de Recepción en turno DIEGO BURGOS que siento que pudo resolver de una mejor manera una simple solicitud por parte de un huesped al que se le debe tratar para que regrese y no que le queden dudas en volver. Pero por lo demás como la limpieza, el servicio por el demás personal diria super amable, excelente ambiente, los animadores en la alberca, los restaurantes buena comida, etc, Gracias !!!"
