"Everything waa GREAT- hospitality, in-house restuarant, we went over Valentine Weekend and they had a heated outdoor pool party- the kids loved it & they also loved the inside pool as well..... the rooms were clean and brand new(hopefully they stay maintained) but we are def making this our #1 go to for our Pigeon Forge Vacays! ❤️❤️❤️"

"The Island Inn was extremely underwhelming for a Margaritaville property. The property does have an island theme and appears to be recently built or refurbished but no way matches the standard set by other Margaritaville hotels. In the end of the day it was just a cookie cutter mid-rise motel painted with tropical colors and a few refences to Margaritaville hung on the walls. The service breakfast and rooms were all lackluster. Let me start with the room, probably the noisiest room I ever slept or tried to sleep in. Intermittently throughout the night and day there was a humming noise like a motor running or trying to run. Every few minutes it would start, last approximately 20 to 30 seconds then stop. The sound was quite annoying when you are trying sleep and when you are awake also. I tried to identify source since we were on the third floor the elevator machine room on the first floor was eliminated. The ice machine was close but no one was using it and it was not making noise. In the morning I spoke to the front desk. After explaining the problem in detail, she told me it was probably the ice machine or the elevator. I explained that was highly unlikely and if it was other people would be hearing it too. Ask if she could pass it on for investigation. She said it was probably something for the engineer to look into but he is too busy pumping out the pool. It was obvious she didn’t care my wife and I had trouble sleeping because of the noise.
