「Pet friendly but the pet area was at the end of the parking lot near the way in and out of the hotel. A little busy and distracting for traveling dogs. A large open space for moving around and poop baggies and a trash can for clean up. First floor. It available so elevator ride was necessary. Great location to many restaurants and gas stations to continue the trip.」

「This was our stop driving from FL to Indy. The hotel met our needs and the staff was soooo nice!」

「Check in was smooth, parking was nearby an entrance to the hotel, pool was an awesome bonus, room was clean with comfortable beds that were sound-proof, but breakfast was lacking. The machine for coffee malfunctioned and the staff were not able to keep up with the demands for a Sunday morning breakfast spread. Other than the breakfast problem, it was a great stay! 」

「Would love to give them a 10, but there are a few things you should know. The microwave and coffee maker is community use, in the lobby,not in rooms. The breakfast is more grab and go, with the exception of sausage patties. I enjoyed the stay, but had the smoke alarm go off both mornings around 5:30 without any explanations.」

「Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. 」

「I spoke to John several days earlier concerning our reservations, (the front desk at our Ooltewah, Tn Holiday Inn location) walked in At 3;05 on our arrival dated and a gentleman was standing there at the check-in desk, can I help you he said . Are you Johnny I said and every thing was great from then on. Everything,parking,breakfast,extra towels and such was great. Check was smooth! THANK YOU! We had a beautiful wedding of our Grand-Daughter nearby. 」
