「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」

「Our room was recently remodeled and was clean and spacious. A hot breakfast was available each morning with staff checking to see if we had enough. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a grass courtyard in the back with a fire pit and chairs around it. A picnic table was also available to use. We stayed a full week and will go back again. 」

「I loved the cabin location. The cabin was equipped with everything needed and very clean. The owner was VERY HELPFUL and quick to respond to any questions asked. The bed was super comfy. Just wished the bedroom had a television. We wanted to relax in bed and watch tv The tv location above the fireplace was not conducive to seating, you had to extend your neck up to see it.
