「The young man at the desk was very polite and professional and quick」

「Every staff members was warm and gracious. A shout-out to the lady tending to the dining area the morning of checkout. She was so sweet and helpful, and kept the dining area very clean! The hotel was fine for the price but the beds were too hard for my liking, and the room needed some tpuching up. Old board seams were exposed in the bathroom, at the floor. Needed touchup paint on the walls. The craziest thing was the lock on the bathrrom door was on the OUTSIDE! Our 3 year old keep...

「Wonderful place to stay in Chattanooga. Next time we come, we’re definitely staying here again. The parking situation is a little confusing and it looks like valet is your only option, but it’s not terrible and the guys up front are super nice. 」
