「We absolutely loved this hotel, from the unique furniture to the absolute spotless cleanliness! It is in a great location, many, many restaurants and bars and so close to Lookout Mountain. Only got to stay 2 nights, but definitely planning to go back and spend a longer stay!」

「We were in town for the IBMA festival. The location of this hotel was perfect!!!! We parked our car when we arrived and did not drive again until we left town several days later.
Our room was comfortable and clean. The 'closet space' was adequate for our purposes, but I can imagine someone traveling for business, or in town for a formal occasion, might have a problem.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They remembered us each time we came and went and were ready with recommendations...
「Whitebird is delicious and the staff is extremely helpful. The rooftop bar has great views! The sitting room off the rooftop bar is a fun and relaxing spot to hang out. All the staff have been welcoming, kind, and resourceful. The rooms are clean, smell amazing, and the CO Bigelow tolietries are a fun touch. Highly recommend this spot!!」
