「Location and the size of the room.」

「I was in town for a wedding and needed some clothing shipped ahead to the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, coordinating the deliveries with me so that the packages were already in my room upon arrival! Unfortunately, the postal carrier marked a few items as "delivered" when they actually hadn't arrived yet. The hotel staff completely set my mind at ease, assuring me they would track them down and ensure I received them, even if it happened after my departure. Sure enough, the remaining...

The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as well.」
