Eating breakfast while we watched the sunrise was unforgettable. The entire hotel smells great, like a spa. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and property was spotless. The one drawback is the pool area. It’s a little snug in terms of available seating, and towels were an issue.

The hotel is clean and renovated. Rooms were spotless and smelled nice. The only downsides we found were having to pay for valet and our overhead lights would not turn on in the room, but not a big deal. The pool was nice and clean and offered a bathroom if needed. Breakfast was delicious, offering an omlette bar. Staff were all kind and helpful.

This was a great hotel for visiting Chattanooga with children. The hotel was within walking distance to the aquarium and many restaurants. The indoor pool was nice and large for a hotel indoor pool. The breakfast was fine. However, there was a long line to get an omelette or waffle. The staff was hustling and doing the best they could to keep up with the demand. It was difficult to find a table to eat at because it was so crowded. All in all a great hotel and I would stay here again.

New, clean hotel 1 block from the Aquarium. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Two things to keep in mind...valet parking only at $30 per night. There is a city parking garage 1 block away for $12 so we parked there to save money. There are other hotel options at a more reasonable rate close by.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the riverfront district. The hotel is perfect and the neighborhood is wonderful. Downtown Chattanooga is clean and safe. There are families of visitors everywhere. The rooftop deck and dining area are fantastic.
