「The staff were excellent! The room and the common areas were clean and you could tell they paid attention to the details. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I can make is that I wish the elevator was larger to allow easier access for the luggage cart. A lot of twisting and pulling was required to fit the cart in with little room for one person to fit in.」

The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. 「Great place for families. The heated indoor/outdoor pool was wonderful, and the location is right across from the kids' museum and right down the street from the aquarium. Good breakfasts. The staff was very friendly and helpful.」
