「The humidity in the hotel was insane. We couldn’t sleep as the sheets were damp, the toilet paper was wet and it was just a miserable stay. The manager said they were aware of the issue but it seems ownership doesn’t care as they have placed humidifiers in the hallways which did absolutely nothing. The manager did the best she could as she gave us a refund but until this issue is fixed we will not be staying here again and we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times.」

「The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The...

「Rooms dirty, micro fridge did not work, mold, mildew on shower curtain and all over tub enclosure, floors dirty, fridge did not work and smelled like rotten food. Complained about housekeeping as was told they are relatives of the owners and they had many complaints but nothing ever gets addressed」

「There was a bedbug in the bed, and it bit me. I got rid of it and managed to sleep through the night; I think it was the only one. The room's carpet smelled like wet dog—they really should get rid of the carpet. But it wasn't a huge deal; it's a good place to crash when you're tired. The breakfast was excellent.」
