「Decent hotel with a good breakfast. Rooms were comfortable. The bathroom had some issues with repairs and cleanliness but it was bearable. Very close to Foster Falls which was amazing to go to. Not much is around other than that. No laundry or pool. But there is a small gym. Overall would stay there again for the price and comfort. 」

「The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. 「Staff at check-in were very helpful in correcting a mistake I made in booking. Room and whole facility was very clean. My only issue was a slight musty smell in our room that didn’t go away after running the AC all night. Breakfast in all HI Expresses has been the best of all other hotels.
