「I arrived around 4/5 I had informed the lady at the desk I had a disability and didn’t want a top floor. She put me on top floor anyway. I know for a fact she could of least put us on the second floor. I should of paid another 50$ and got a hotel downtown by the river walk and lower floor with more then just one elevator.」

I paid in full on Expedia but they still said they were going to charge me an additional environmental fee. When I asked why they said because of Trump?!? 「Bathroom had mold growing on sink. Bedspreads had cigarette burns in them. Carpet stained. Breakfast area and lobby were clean & neat. Booked a 3 night stay but true to unforseen circumstances as well as condition of room needed to check out 1 day early. Gave over 24 hour notice but still charged for 3rd night. Would not recommend」

「The lobby was clean, nothing special but clean enough. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like urine it was terrible. Wish we could open the windows and let some of that TN air in. Breakfast was nothing special, typical for this type of hotel. We spent two night there so we survived but if this was a longer trip I would have definitely looked for other place to move to. The smell was just unbearable.」
