「The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. 「Nice place super clean」

「Clean room, friendly staff good breakfast」

「Nice and quiet! The rooms are very clean with a kitchenette that has a 3/4 size fridge. First floor has a play area for kids and board games for older kids and adults. The outdoor pool has a slide and splash buckets to make it fun for kits. Patio area has nice seating and has a fire pit that makes even more enjoyable at night. It's right off the interstate away from all the traffic, but not far from shopping squares. Will plan my next stay there again while visiting the Chattanooga area.」

「Clean nice room, but noisy」

「Shower was awesome, lots of water pressure. Very convenient to a Logan’s steak house and Walmart.」

「I think I had one of the older rooms . I definitely did not have one that was in the pictures . Glad it was just a one night stay」

「We had an amazing experience at Hotel Chalet! We loved the train carriage room. The lobby felt very grand on arrival. The caboose was a lovely touch and the restaurant on site is incredible. The only downsides were the pool temperature didn’t feel heated and the TV did not have smart apps and the Google casting did not work. We would love to come back if we are planning a future trip in the area!」
