「Amazing staff. The bartenders, front office, housekeeping, hospitality. Everything was amazing. I couldn’t have picked a better stay for my family. Very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Valet was truly convenient as well, very fast. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.」

「Friendly staff. Great indoor/outdoor pool.」

「Excellent」

「First time staying here but I will be back. Great location and the staff was great!! The a/c had a little problem but overall not bad.」

「So dirty cause the bath towel has hair」

「left something in room, and kept calling about, and they never returned calls.」

「The mattress needs to be replaced. You sank into a hole with your feet higher than your head. It had been a few years since we had stayed there, we were shocked that we were expected to sleep on a mattress that has need replaced for a long time. Not sure we will stay there for a while. Westin and Marriott would never subject you to such a mattress. We use to always stay at the Westin.」

「Great room. Nice stay. The staff was great and it was an ideal location.」

「Another amazing stay!」

「The property is conveniently situated for families visiting students at UT-Chattanooga and near downtown.」

「We went to a concert across the street at the Signal and decided to stay at Hotel Chalet. It was a wonderful experience!! Pre-concert drinks at Elsie's Daughter were fabulous, and the breakfast burrito at the lobby cafe the next morning was delicious. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.」

「Great stay, would do it again! Right in downtown and can walk to the aquarium in 20ish minutes.」

「The Moxy is a great hotel! Clean quiet rooms. Dog friendly. Good selection of liquor! Friendly staff. Have stayed here several times and will continue to when visiting my daughter at UTC」
