「This property seems to be used for some long-term living arrangements, very unclean, run down & non-working vehicles on blocks in the parking area. Appears to be unsafe in several ways. Nothing like the pictures posted on the Expedia site. 」

「It's a functional hotel. The staff is helpful. The room we were put in had some issues (fridge was totally dead, A/C didn't work very well, light in the bathroom flickered). They offered to move us to a new room but we didn't realize the AC couldn't keep up until overnight so we declined to change rooms for the fridge issue. So it's a case of "there may be some issues but the staff is very helpful in trying to fix things for you." I was given a couple of discount cards but they have to be used...

「The Hampton Inn McMinnville was an excellent host for my stay there along with 20 or so others. The breakfast bar (included) was fantastic with a great selection and quantity to choose from. We reserved a meeting room close to the breakfast area to set up our own area to relax as a group with a buffet and bar for drinks.
