「Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Good location close to restaurants and hiking. Will return.」

「This is a hotel for river rafters and people with dogs. The staff is super kind and helpful, but the room was gross. There was a dirty sock from a previous visitor upon check in. Super convenient access to Cherokee National Forest, but do not expect a super clean room.」

「The staff members are truly friendly and welcoming. It appears they're trying to update the rooms, which is great. The wifi was speedy, which can matter to some people. It's a reasonable place for the price. The reason I won't return is a cockroach looking bug crawled across the floor of my room in the first half hour of being there. It's probably an exception. But that's an easy Not Again for us.」

「Place , very clean, customer service was great , coffee was offered 24 hours . Very quiet place. Area had many places to eat , they even give you a10% coupon for the longhorn across the hotel. Great place overall.」
