「Yes my wife and I stayed on July 10th 2026 I had a procedure that day in regards to surgery so we decided to stay and we had several issues such as no tv working and I called the desk and she mentioned to me that to change the hdmi input on the tv and that didn’t help we was never asked to accommodate to a different room and the ac unit kept turning off every couple of minutes and we had to get up several times during the night to be able to turn the ac back on it got really hot in the room we...

「Kim at Front Desk was extremely helpful to us. She provided a shower chair for my wife's use in our room's bathroom. Additionally she gave us a 1 page list of all the restaurants nearby to the hotel and gave us a recommendation (Aubreys) of an excellent nearby restaurant which we visited. All in all a very enjoyable visit to Cleveland Tennessee.」

「We wanted to stay somewhere different than corporate hotel (shop local), and this was a great choice. We didn’t need a lot of amenities; just a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. Contactless check-in was a breeze and I think we were the only people there that night, so it was nice and quiet. My only complaint is that nobody made a pot of coffee in the lounge the next morning.
