Never stayed at a Drury before , but it won't be the last time. Staff was unfailingly pleasant and positive. The breakfast buffet was the best I've seen anywhere.The pool area was light and clean. Really liking these Drury hotels. Our second time staying at Drury and it was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Entire hotel clean and modern and lots of amenities. Loved the happy hour drinks and food, complimentary. What a perk!

The room was disappointingly unclean. The sheets, pillows, and blanket all had drops of blood on them. We (the front desk and us) are assuming that the cleaning staff must have had a wound or a cracked knuckle on their hand, but bodily fluids in your room is the last thing you want to experience in your hotel room. Even more so blood on your bed where your children will be sleeping. I was told by the front desk who was VERY helpful examining the bedding and changing it for us that the hotel manager would contact me. The hotel manager has not contacted me as of yet. When you upgrade your stay to a better hotel you expect better but sadly this Drury Inn did not deliver on that.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast was great. The evening "snack" was a nice option. We had a small problem with the thermostat in the room. When they couldn't fix it, we were moved to a new room. The rooms were very nice and we couldn't hear people walking down the hall. We were at this hotel for a week. We felt spoiled, especially after we spent 1 night at a different hotel on the way home.

The prooerty was well maintained, clean and comfortable. This property not only offered breakfast but included a cocktail hour and dinner buffet. There were no additional charges. Coffee and cold drinks wwre also available 24 hours in the buffet area. I would highly recommend this property.

This property was good but I thought it was more upscale than it was. I picked it because of the great reviews, but I will say it was definitely not upscale. The elevators were packed and the place is jammed with people (at least when we went). The breakfast was fine, and the staff was excellent. Overall if you aren't looking for an "upscale" experience its ok. If you want any kind of luxury this property is basically in a giant mall and strip mall area and has tons of traffic and a bit noisy. Not ideal for walks or anything other than crashing at night and not close to downtown

It was a great stay and I hope really enjoyed it. The only reasons I didn’t give five stars across is the dinner served last night really wasn’t amazing with some small things like the food started running out quick, the baked potatoes weren’t cooked all the way, the pasta was clumped together. Also the pool was frigid cold and the server in the bar last night was just rude. Maybe she was just having an off night but still. I plan to stay again if we are in the area. :)
