「Absolutely lovely! Service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The valet took our car in the middle of the baseball chaos and got us off on our way in seconds. David at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Our room was fantastic— I love the Art Deco vibe and the shower pressure was heavenly. We had dinner and breakfast in the Club Room and again the service was spectacular. Our waiter made terrific recommendations as well. This will definitely be our new Cleveland go-to hotel.」

「Great location to Rock Hall, stadiums and theater district. Great staff, fantastic breakfast, comfortable and convenient. Walkable to restaurants, etc. Felt safe walking area at night. Parking lot is right next door. Reasonable parking rate. Would stay here again…」

「This is a great hotel to stay at if you're going to a Cleveland Guardians baseball game. Yes, you have to pay extra for the parking but it's not too big of a hassle. You just fill out your car information with staff at the front desk and that lets you into the lot. The staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, even on a busy gameday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I stay here anytime I come through Cleveland. 」

「The hotel in general and the room were clean and in good condition. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The best feature was its proximity to the Rocket Arena as we were in town for a concert. 」

「Great property. Rooms are beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. Great restaurant and rooftop bar. I will say that the air conditioner in my room was not working. The maintenance man arrived promptly and reset it. However after a while it was obvious that it still wasn't working properly. I informed Valentina at the front desk and she immediately upgraded my room and even had a bellhop come and move all of our luggage. Valentina also gave us a later checkout due to the inconvenience.
