「Absolutely lovely! Service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The valet took our car in the middle of the baseball chaos and got us off on our way in seconds. David at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Our room was fantastic— I love the Art Deco vibe and the shower pressure was heavenly. We had dinner and breakfast in the Club Room and again the service was spectacular. Our waiter made terrific recommendations as well. This will definitely be our new Cleveland go-to hotel.」

「The hotel was an older building transformed into a hotel. It was clean, but some elements are just old—which is charming—but also things are harder to clean, elevators are smaller, etc. Staff were polite and friendly, the breakfast was awesome. 」
