Hotel Indigo Cleveland, Ohio 7/25-28
I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the Blossom Music Center. While I appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms, I was disappointed with several cleanliness issues. Initially, I encountered a discolored and stained bathtub, which led me to request a room change. Unfortunately, the new room also had its own concerns — the duvet cover appeared stained and seemed unclean, with visible makeup or similar marks, despite not wearing any makeup during my stay.
Additionally, the fabrics throughout the hotel did not seem fresh, and there was an extra bed parked outside my room for three days, which was not removed promptly. The hallway carpet was also noticeably dirty, with debris remaining on the floor for the duration of my stay, indicating that it wasn't vacuumed regularly.
My experience in the hotel restaurant was similarly disappointing. I felt rushed by the server, who attempted to close out the bill while we were still eating. She began clearing dishes and kept handling the billfold, which made us feel hurried and uncomfortable.
Overall, my stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped, and I believe there are areas that could benefit from improved cleanliness and customer service. I hope these comments help the hotel address these issues for future guests.
I did feel safe and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful when called upon.
