I travel for work, and it is important that I get a good sleep- I must say The Westin-Cleveland has the best well-made and comfortable bed. Their curtains are blackout, so that makes it even better. Lastly, the staff are exceptional! They earned a loyal member!

Overall good, but I'd say that in the king the seating area just isn't that comfortable. No padding.

The check in process was great. We liked the location because it was walking distance to the progressive field. The parking garage and parking situation was inconvenient and a pain. The garage itself had very tight parking spaces. Our room was on the 8th floor so we had to take 2 elevators to get there. From garage we had to hop into one elevator then get to the lobby and get another elevator to go to our floor. The garage one only goes to 7th. The hotel is old and very noisy. All night there was random machine humming that went on and on. Then the toilet kept running and button kept getting stuck. Not related to the hotel but we got a room with a connecting door and that was not great. There were guests in the connecting room one night and their baby - like infant baby- cried all night and seemed like baby was alone as we never heard anyone comforting it. We think someone just left the baby there while they went out. The next night there were other guests and they were up til 2 am partying. It was loud and we could hear their entire conversation and obnoxious laugh. We called to front desk to ask if they could ask guests to quiet down. All we heard was the front desk call them once. The partying continued for hours after. The door to our room was hard to shut and you have to push it hard. Room service left our room door open the entire day with our belongings there. Nothing went missing but it made us feel uneasy about their carelelessness. never again

Convenient location to restaurants, rocket arena and other notable places in Cleveland. Downtown was very clean and nice looking, safe and pedestrian friendly. Check in was easy, our room had a nice view of Lake Erie and the football stadium & hall of fame. Bed was comfortable. We parked in the ramp which had a connected elevator and hallway to the hotel instead of valet.

I loved the proximity to everything. We used valet parking which was very helpful since we had to leave at 6:30 am.

Staff was very inattentive and not helpful. We asked valet where we could buy a bottle of wine and get a drink, answe “I don’t know” and he made I attempt to find out. We told front desk at 1100 we’re goi gmout for day and would like our room made up. We returned at 9 pm and still room not made up. Toilet flusher dirty and had the cleaning solution in it. Went to bar mass and agave, walked in , 4 staff laughing g around bar , didn’t tell us we needed to come to bar and get our own drinks so we left and found another bar. Have never experienced this almost disdain for hotels guest. Would not recommend to anyone
