「Absolutely lovely! Service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The valet took our car in the middle of the baseball chaos and got us off on our way in seconds. David at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Our room was fantastic— I love the Art Deco vibe and the shower pressure was heavenly. We had dinner and breakfast in the Club Room and again the service was spectacular. Our waiter made terrific recommendations as well. This will definitely be our new Cleveland go-to hotel.」

「Great property. Rooms are beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. Great restaurant and rooftop bar. I will say that the air conditioner in my room was not working. The maintenance man arrived promptly and reset it. However after a while it was obvious that it still wasn't working properly. 「What I liked: very convenient from I480, feels safe and quiet. old but in working order. Drive up to door entrance. Plenty of Parking. WiFi, good refrig and freezer. Great bed. Firm. Heat and Air are execellent. What it needs, for winter, coat hook by door to avoid getting in snow and ice. 1 more waste basket and rod or shelf for clothes near bathroom.s TV instructions because it uses buttons on TV instead of remove. For overnight and short stays it is excellent.」
