"The location and parking were difficult. Once I did locate the property (after banging on CityClub door down the street), then finding the keys, then finding the parking, then getting back to apartment, I was exhausted. I also didn’t realize that I needed to lock the door when leaving and left door unlocked (not hotel auto-locking) a couple days before I realized it. And the key doesn’t turn - odd. You stick it in the lock and punch in a code. Why have teeth in the key if it isn’t supposed to turn. Stood outside my door a few minutes till a neighbor saw me struggling and came over to show me how it worked. I guess I should be grateful she didn’t call the police. Once established patterns were learned, it was better. "

"Entire hotel was very dusty. Seems like they only clean the highly trafficked areas. Bathroom was dirty, furniture had stains on it, and bed had random hairs in it and on it. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Restaurants and bars in the hotel were nice and the quality of the food was good. Got double charged for the room upon leaving the hotel and they still haven’t resolved the issue after several attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. I will never stay at this hotel again. "

"We absolutely loved our stay. We attended the Cavs game and it was literally a walk across the street. Valet parking was a plus. We did visit the restaurant/bar and the food was great. All staff members were very pleasant. We will definitely be planning another trip soon."
