Everyone was very nice and friendly, including a proactive email describing to closures, parking information, and other helpful details before our stay. Hotel was located close enough to walk to the Browns stadium for a concert. Definitely one of the better hotel stays we have had.

First off, I used the valet parking. My car was given back with a punctured flat tire and scratch on the fender. I have not heard back. We picked the hotel for the location. The hotel was nice but there was a noise that was constant all night. The hotel staff was great.
