"The after hours food restaurant (Teachers Lounge) had very slow service. We were told 15 minutes for our pizza, and it took almost an hour and a half. They weren’t very helpful either other than saying sorry, we are busy. Also, once we received the pizza and made our way to our room, we opened the box to find an uncut pizza. We had to rip it apart to divide it up. "

"We truly enjoyed the charm of the Glidden house! The morning breakfast was exceptional and the check in staff were very helpful with questions about the area. They recommended walking to Little Italy for dinner and Mia Bella was amazing! Lots of places to walk to for food. We originally booked here bc it was ‘in walking distance’ of Cleveland Clinic. I do not recommend walking there. Much too far! Uber was so easy though! "

"Didn't get to take advantage of any of the available sights or the hotel breakfast. Arrived after dark and left for the hospital at 5:30am. The hotel however was perfect for my needs. The room was the perfect size and the bed was comfortable. Had planned on checking out the waterfront on Saturday but the hospital sent me home on Friday. Plan to check things out in April on my return visit. The staff was wonderful and exceptionally helpful."
